Our client, a leading provider of residential and specialist care homes, is on the lookout for a Deputy Home Manager with a knack for person-centered care planning and a positive, can-do attitude. This role is all about providing specialist nursing support, taking the reins in the Home Manager's absence, and coaching colleagues to deliver unparalleled empathetic care.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of £36,836 and £39,239. You'll also have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents, and work within a supportive and dedicated team.

As a Deputy Home Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Providing specialist nursing support and advice
Taking charge of resident care in the Home Manager’s absence
Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care
Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and taking appropriate action
Keeping meaningful records and managing time effectivelyPackage and Benefits:
