Hello-Education are currently hiring Supply Teachers for schools across the Northeast!
We are working with multiple secondary schools across Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Sunderland, and Durham who require full/part time supply teachers for various subjects.
The Role
Working with students in KS3, KS3 and KS5.
Teach classes at all times
Contribute to the provision of a safe, secure learning environment
Supply appropriate planning materials, following school plans where provided
Support the use of support staff relevant to the class
Mark work for students
Maintain a professional standard of dress and behaviour
Carry out the duties of a regular teacher as much as possible ie, covering form classes, taking class registers, attending school assemblies, enforcing school rules etc
Working with multiple subjects within schools
The Candidate
Previous teaching/lecturing experience
Great communication skills, written and oral
Strong classroom management
Great behaviour management
Ability to influence others positively
Ability to react quickly and effectively in challenging situations
Ability to relate and build relationships easy
Self motivated
Organised
Professional
Outgoing
Punctual
DBS on update service is desirable but not essential
