Property Manager

Due to an acquisition and increase in managed properties, and restructuring, we are looking to hire a Property Manager based in Urmston, Manchester, to further enhance their portfolio and supersede Landlords and tenants’ expectations.

Property Manager – Urmston
Salary: £28-32k Salary (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4:00pm (Day off in lieu)
You’ll need to be organised to ensure service levels are maintained
Dealing with enquiries from tenants reporting maintenance issues, logging on the system – Fix Flow
Managing internal maintenance team, making appointment for repair & maintenance issues prioritizing 
Procurement of external contractors, preparing & agreeing specifications with external contractors
Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, certs, etc).
Issuing of all relevant notices  Most importantly, you will be looking at this potential move and a progressive opportunity where you will develop further and flourish your own career alongside the continuous growth and success of the business.
