A purpose-built care home in West Belfast is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sister/Charge Nurses to join their award winning team.
You will be committed to providing the highest standards of patient care within your unit, assisting in daily home operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing staff and uphold resident care standards
* Conducting assessments and admissions
* Implementing Health and Safety procedures
* Assisting the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in managing all aspects in the daily running of the home
Requirements:
* Nursing 1st Level Qualification
* Leadership experience in a care setting
* Strong communication and organizational skills
