As the Cyber Risk and Resilience Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the cybersecurity posture of the Customer Business, working within a global cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for planning assurance activities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also be involved in reporting outcomes to senior management, contributing to the overall cyber resilience of the business, and working closely with the Head leadership team, on risk management strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Assurance:
* Plan and execute assurance activities based on business and IT risk assessments.
* Perform independent assurance to assess the design and effectiveness of key controls.
* Manage and follow up on the results of audits and other assurance activities.

Risk Management:
* Support the development, maintenance, and evaluation of organizational security policies and procedures.
* Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and the cybersecurity threat landscape, advising stakeholders on the potential impact.
* Independently report organizational risk to senior management and relevant governance forums.

Compliance and Control:
* Ensure controls meet internal and external security requirements, following industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
* Support the development of IT risk and compliance frameworks.
* Coordinate with operations teams to maintain compliance with IT General Control requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work with various teams to ensure effective security controls and processes are in place.
* Conduct research on new and specialized techniques to enhance cybersecurity posture.
* Contribute to shaping the Customer Business's cybersecurity program to achieve compliance and resilience.

Qualifications and Experience

* Experience in defining and implementing IT Risk & Compliance frameworks.
* Knowledge of key legislation and regulations impacting IT General Control requirements
* Experience in preparing for and coordinating external audits.
* Proven experience in delivering aspects of a control's assurance program in a large-scale organization.
* Willingness to travel internationally on business.
* Strong teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
