Job Description
General Summary Of Duties:
Provide tools, supplies and parts for machinery for all areas of property operations. 
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
Provide and issue parts/tools for Engineering.  Function combines climbing ladders and stairs; stooping, kneeling, carrying in removal of material from shelving and tool wall; measuring/cutting chain, wire and rope to appropriate lengths.
Maintain parts issued and remaining inventory stock to determine ordering.
Record, initial/approved purchase orders on computer and enter budget expenditures in books.  Record completed purchase orders in budget expenditures book, filing in closed and open files.
Maintain purchase orders including: filing alphabetically by vendor name, and preparing approved purchase orders from files for call in.
Contact vendors and determine the best prices.  Calculate and type purchase orders.
Weekly attendance of staff meeting.
Monthly auditing and summarizing budgets expenditure reports from accounting.
