Welder/Fabricator

Vibe Recruit are working with a well-established manufacturing company within the Bridgend area. We are currently looking for an experienced toolmaker who has previously worked with sheet metal. Initially this will be a temporary role with the potential of a permanent for the right candidate.

Role

Provide tool repairs as directed.
Provide tool and equipment maintenance as directed.
Ensure completion of relevant paperwork.
Undertake fault analysis when required.
Undertake arc welding tasks as required.
Ensure the completion of re-drawing in a timely manner.
Follow health and safety rules and responsibilities.

Requirement

Ability to understand engineering drawings.
Ability to understand engineering drawings.
Experience prepping and finishing of sheet metal products.
Ability to set up and operator various metal processing machines.
Experience with a verity of welding processes.
Experience as a tool maker.
Experience with numerical control machines.
Experience within a workshop environment.Schedule

Mornings, 6am - 2pm (Monday to Friday) Paid at £15.96
Afternoons, 2pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday) Paid at £17.12Overtime is also available.
