We are working with a leading managed service provider who are on the hunt for a passionate and skilled network engineer to work on the latest Cisco devices providing excellent customer service for their clients in a fast paced, varied and exciting role where no two days are the same,

The role:

Resolve complex escalated issues from 2nd line.
Assist in project deliveries such as network expansions and roll outs.
Working with mostly cisco equipment including ASA's, SD-WANs, DNAC, ISE and more
Design of WAN/LAN networks for multiple clients
Mentor more junior members of staff.
Maintain excellent documentation throughoutThe candidate:

Ideally experienced working in a service provider environment
CCNP level of experience
4+ years' experience in a networking role
Excellent communicator and team playerThe benefits:
