Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a very highly regarded regional law firm based in the Blackburn area with an impressive and varied client base across a range of market sectors. They provide tailored legal advice to their individual and corporate clients nationally. They offer flexible and hybrid working, death in service benefit and 28 days holiday + bank holidays.

Role Responsibilities

My client is seeking a solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team who provide professional advice to clients on a range of matters. You will be working with an excellent client base and a wide range of interesting matters including:

* Supply agreements

* Partnership agreements

* Breach of warranty claims

* Property damage

* Agricultural disputes

* Professional negligence claims

* Contract disputes

* Construction and engineering disputes

* Shareholder disputes

* Sports law

* Insurance claims

* Intellectual property disputes

* Insolvency litigation

* Judicial review

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced solicitors, ideally with a minimum of 6 years PQE and the ability to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Effective time management

* Organised

* Collaborative

* Strong communicator with a good telephone manner

* Keen attention to detail

* Self-motivated and keen to develop

* Good IT skills
