A large national FM and maintenance company are looking for an experienced Contract Support / Administrator to be based at a large static site in and around the area of Bristol. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

Benefits:

Salary: £24k per annum
Mon to Fri (8 AM to 5 PM) 40 hours per week
21+8 days holiday

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence, or lives local so can commute to the site
Previous admin experience, ideally within facilities maintenance
IT literate - comfortable using google sheets, microsoft excel, spreadsheets
Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage contract paperwork and documentation.
Maintain contract records and databases.
Keep track of contract timelines and deliverables.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams about contracts.
Monitor contract performance and compliance.
Process invoices and handle financial aspects of contracts.
Support in resolving contract-related issues and disputes.
Maintain confidentiality of contract information.
Assign jobs
Communicate with engineers
General admin
