Project Manager

NCS are currently looking for a Project Manager across various locations across the UK.
The successful candidate will require National Grid Substation knowledge.
Rate approx. £500 per day
5 months contract
45 hours per week
Based in Oxford
Purpose of the Role
* Previous gas site manager experience is essential, as well as preferability in project delivery or construction.
* Ability to lead on-site and drive performance through target deliverables.
* Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice, safety and statutory regulations including CDM.
* Experience in delivering work in a safe and compliant manner.
* Competent to support front-line operational staff.
* Excellent understanding and commitment to delivering on customer satisfaction.
* Ability to influence and control cost.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience in operations relevant to SCO procedures.
* Understanding of gas technical operations

* Experience working with National Grid Substations
* Proven project management skills with similar backgrounds or / and substations
