The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a PMO Lead?

This is a newly formed position within our client's organisation, and is a fantastic opportunity where you will be at the forefront of establishing and guiding this new function!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and guidelines.
Implement and manage project management software to streamline workflows.
Define project management processes aligned with industry best practices.
Provide guidance and support to project teams in the use of tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
Monitor project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of project documentation.
Lead training sessions to educate project teams on best practices.

What are we looking for in our next PMO Lead?

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) APM certification or equivalent.
Proven experience in project management with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
