Sellick Partnership Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a Public Sector client, for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join their team on a contracted basis.

Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Plumber include:

Completing work on void and tenanted properties
Completing minor adaptations
Fitting Kitchens and bathroom suites
Ensuring adherence to health and safety as well as safeguarding procedures
Collecting and ordering van stockEssential criteria of the Multi Skilled Plumber:

Ability to carry out secondary building maintenance skills such as joinery and plastering, alongside wider maintenance activities
Understanding and appreciation of the needs of older, disabled, and vulnerable individuals and households
Happy to undergo a DBS check
UK Driver's license (preferably with no points)
