Due to ongoing work and new projects on-stream, this leading provider of housing seeks the appointment of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to lwork in a major projects with the support of a Senior Quantity Surveyor..

With a strong pipeline of work in the area they are looking to make an additional appointment with the regional commercial team.

You will be ideally based in South Wales the ability to work autonomously with support if required.

Projects are often negotiated working either open-book or under a JCT form of contract.

This is an award-winning builder who can offer a great work environment in a well-established and successful construction team. Applicants with either building and/or housing experience are preferred for this appointment, training and further support can be provided.
