Position: Community Care Assistant / Home Care Assistant
Location: Dedicated Shifts Available in: West Bromwich, Tipton, Wednesbury, Smethwick, Oldbury, Great Barr, Rowley Regis and West Birmingham
Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised care and support to our clients in their homes.
* Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Assist our clients with reablement so they can gain independence following a short period of care provision.
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
* Perform light housekeeping duties.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
* Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing.
Requirements:
* Genuine compassion and desire to help others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving (lifting, transferring clients).
* Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Previous care experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
