Salary: £220.00 per day (day rate)

Role: Social housing works

My client are specialists in delivering property maintenance services in the social housing sector. Due to expansion and growth, there is a great opportunity for a experienced electrician to join the team. This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering EICR’s to various domestic properties. These positions are self-employed and paid on a day rate.

Duties include:

* EICR’s

* Remedial works

* First and second fix

* Fault finding

Requirements:

* 2391 Testing & I

* 18th edition

* NVQ L3 or AM2

* Own van and tools

* Social housing experience

* UK Driving licence

Job Type: Ongoing Contract

Salary: £220.00 per day

* Monday to Friday
