Our client's Children and Family Law Department is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced family law solicitor or chartered legal executive for an enticing new role. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years PQE, specializing in care and child protection work.

The successful candidate, as a seasoned fee earner, will be responsible for managing a comprehensive caseload of care proceedings within a fast-paced care department. The role demands adept handling of sensitive situations and challenging clients with professionalism and confidentiality.

The firm values a strong team player with initiative, especially one with an established relationship with CAFCASS. While possessing a driving license and personal vehicle is preferable, the ability to travel between offices, courts, and stakeholders is essential.

Key responsibilities within the Child and Family Law department include:
Managing a caseload of child protection matters
Advocacy
Attending to clients at court with counsel
