Title - Machine Shop Manager
Shift - Days 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 7am to 1pm
Salary - £38,000 to £40,000 per annum
Machine Shop Manager needed for a established manufacturer based in Brownhills. Experience of managing a small machine shop is essential!
The idal candidate would be someone with previous experience of delivering on key production targets with a multi skilled team. This is a hands-on role where you'll still be needed to be on the machines yourself most days, alongside your team

Requirements:
• Day-to-day management of a small machine shop
• Deliver against KPIs for volume and quality of manufactured product
• Continuously improve processes and procedures
• Identifying potential problems and finding solutions
• Must have CAD/CAM experience & VMC background
