Role Description
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Installation/Commissioning Engineers to join our team for a large-scale, long-term project. This role is ideal for engineers who excel in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. This is not a general laborer position (no hammer swingers). Instead, we are looking for skilled engineers with a technical focus who can collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Installation and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment on-site
* Conducting tests, troubleshooting, and ensuring proper system performance
* Collaborating with project managers, technicians, and other engineers to ensure timely and quality project delivery
* Adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring compliance with OEM requirements
* Providing technical support and expertise during installation and commissioning phases
* Working independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and professionally
Requirements
* Proven experience in mechanical installation and commissioning in an OEM or similar environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment
* Flexibility to adapt to project requirements and timelines
