Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager for one of their Nursing and Residential homes. Older people including dementia.

You will:

* Ensure the well being of residents

* Lead, motivate and mentor a team

* Provide clinical guidance and training

* Conduct essential Nursing tasks and duties

You must:

* Be a qualified nurse (RGN) with current UK NMC pin

* Have previous experience managing a team

* Have knowledge of CQC compliance

* Have proven excellent clinical skills
