Stores Manager; Bridlington

What the Stores Manager job involves

You will lead a team of 8-12, completing regular 1-2-1 and appraisals
Looking to motivate and support your team with their continuous development
Working closely with production, planning and procurement teams to ensure the management of stock
Completing stock and safety audits
Updating processes and procedures to look for efficiencies and cost savings

Skills required

Previous experience of managing a Stores or Warehouse team
Positive and enthusiastic outlook
Experience of working with ERP Systems such as SAP or Oracle
Understanding and experience of working on Stock rotation or stock cycling processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied role, working towards tight deadlines and targets
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing processes would be advantageous

Other information

This is a permanent and full-time position based
25 days holidays plus bank holidays per year.
