We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business and Law Lecturer to join our team at North Lindsey College. As a Business and Law Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our full-time and/or part-time students. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Acting as a Lecturer for a caseload of students, providing them with engaging and informative lessons.

* Ensuring the quality of the student learning experience through effective delivery of formal teaching and tutorials, while supporting student progression towards successful completion.

* Embracing new learning technologies and implementing them within your teaching, both in the classroom and online.

* Managing and maintaining student morale and discipline, collaborating closely with college managers and the team to create an appropriate learning environment.

* Recording and reporting data and information accurately and in a timely manner, including Individual Learning Plans, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.

This role is permanent, full time (35.5 hours per week).

Lets Teach Programme
Let’s Teach The LET’s teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.

Let’s Bloom
The LET’s Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal
