· 7:00am - 15:30pm

A large company based in Rotherham area is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves working within a warehouse environment where you will be responsible for supervising staff; providing training, support and leading from the front.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

· Team leader/supervisory experience within a busy warehouse is essesntial

· A proven track record of people management and delivering targets and SLAs

· Warehousing and stock systems experience

· Strong and confident communication and IT skills

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Supervise the activity of the warehouse team to ensure the day’s tasks are achieved on time

· Manage the material resources including warehouse space, racking and the delivery fleet

· Identify and resolve any issues as they arise throughout the day

· Help cross train staff in all warehouse disciplines
