Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Pay rate starts at $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
SHIFT: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - Monday - Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You understand what has priority in daily the production workflow and are quick to complete all assigned tasks while meeting measurable production metrics
Regularly stepping up to help our manufacturing process and co-workers be successful as a production team
You have a great understanding of the machinery that you run and are even able to diagnose repairs when the equipment is down
You use your basic math and computer skills to make sure equipment is set correctly and you assist co-workers when needed
Constantly work safely and comply with all safety regulations
Operate machines to produce the correct items for orders while standing in an upright position for extended periods of time and moving about on foot
Will be trained to use forklift to transport heavy weight metal coils
Willingness to participate daily in shop cleaning responsibilities
