Marketing Manager at Pure Barre

Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead and support Pure Barre to develop marketing communications and strategies for national and local social media presence, CRM (email, text, PUSH) to support brand, national and local initiatives for a growing fitness brand. Elevator pitch)
Objective: Develop, implement and optimize performance of national and local marketing communications to include social media, CRM, local marketing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Support Director of Marketing in managing national marketing calendar, campaigns and promotions for Pure Barre studios.
● Develop marketing strategies, partnerships and plans to build brand awareness and drive new leads to Pure Barre studios including social media, regional and local studio marketing, partnerships, retail and promotions.
● Work with Director of Marketing to develop marketing promotions including member challenges, retention programs, new membership sales, retail promotions and new class launches.
● Lead the creative development and copywriting of marketing communications: creative brief, email communications, social media content, point of sale materials, promotional and rollout materials.
● Manage national social media calendar development and posting.
● Develop studio-level social media strategies, calendar and best practices. With franchisee? ● Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism/public relations, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience in fitness, wellness or franchise-owned brand preferred.
Experience developing marketing communications including social content and promotions.
Experience working with creative teams and external agency partners.
Experienced project manager with ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.
Understanding of and passion for fitness / Xponential Fitness brands.
Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.
Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
