We are a mission-driven payments company focused on helping merchants accept government benefits through a unified API. With over 42 million Americans relying on government assistance for purchasing essentials, such as groceries, we aim to streamline the process and empower merchants to serve this segment effectively. Starting with enabling online acceptance of EBT SNAP, we are building financial infrastructure to support merchants of all sizes.
We operate as a hybrid organization, actively hiring across North America. While we embrace remote work, candidates who can contribute from our San Francisco office are preferred.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Passion for building exceptional products and engineering systems
Excellent communication skills to articulate thoughts and balance implementation tradeoffs effectively
Productivity, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving abilities
Commitment to writing high-quality code, emphasizing software testing and best engineering practices
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, acquired through a Bachelor's in CS, engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Experience in building PayFac or Payment Processor systems
Familiarity with Logging and Observability tools
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with at least 4 hours of overlap during 9 am to 5 pm PST
