ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead a business in transformation with an exceptional growth trajectory, based in Denver CO with projects across Western US. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team locally as well as a wider international group. Were building a robust team for future growth, and you will have stability and career progression.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor a team of Pre-Construction, Sales, Project Managers and Engineers
* Drive effective budget outcomes, tracking and reporting
* Effective client engagement and contract management
* Strategize process improvements to drive productivity and growth goals
* Ensure regulatory, legal and safety procedures are compliant
* Monitor exceptional and authentic customer service.

* Proven track record as a Business Manager
