Construct wooden crates using wood, nails, and nail guns & staple guns
Make sure returnable skids are in good condition (Repair when needed)
Maintain a steady workflow by following procedures accurately and timely
Perform duties with minimal supervision
Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition
Perform assigned duties with quality in mind
Follow all company instructions, safety policies, and rules
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Operate a forklift (as needed)
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Prior Manufacturing experience (preferred)
Prior Woodworking experience (preferred)
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Ability to follow verbal instructions
Ability to read color labels and identify products
Ability to read tape measure
Ability to use saw, nail guns, and other hand tools
Basic math skills
Forklift training
Ability to count
