Job Description
The process & CoC lead is the subject matter corporate expert lead for paint prep process, material matrix validation, tutone process and material development.
The Process & CoC Lead will coordinate and guide new developments to assure process capability and follow the introductions of new materials into the plants.
In addition, develop new processes to improve paint efficiencies, quality and throughput as well as support new model process development.
The candidate will provide technical support to all plants on material/process issues and are responsible for technical improvements and updates for paint standard operating procedures.
The candidate will support all FCA North American Assembly Plants in connection with quality, throughput and focused problem solving.
