Job Description
We are seeking an Inplant Ink Technician to work at our customer's site. The technician will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. As an Inplant Tech you will be responsible for:
Maintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer
Reviewing scheduling and coordinating jobs with customer
Being available for service call-ins as needed
Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing ink
Evaluating production requirements based on customer schedule changes
Controlling Work-off
Inventory management and monthly consignment counts
Performing job estimates
Providing press-side technical support
Completing monthly reports
Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batches
Following all safety requirements
Data entry accuracy
Manufacturing batches under 100 pounds
