As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques
- Identify potential clients and develop a sales strategy to reach them
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our services to clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, industry trends, and competition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the contract industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and conferences
