Job Details
Freight Type: Reefer (100% No Touch, 60% Drop & Hook)
Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,500 (based on experience)
Miles: Average 2,100 - 2,300 per week
Routes: Regional runs across 8 Western States
Home Time: Every other week (34-48 hours)
Pet & Rider Policy:Bring your dog (under 30 lbs) or a rider from Day 1 (Trainees must wait until training is complete).
Orientation Pay: $300 (Paid)
Monthly Bonus: Earn up to $0.08 CPM for safety, fuel, and performance

For Recent CDL-A Graduates
Requirements:Class A CDL and 120+ hours from an accredited school
Paid Training:Type: Regional & OTR
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Pay: $650 per week
Home Time: Every other week (34-48 hours)
Dog and rider allowed after training completion
Driver Requirements
Age: 21+
Driving Record: Fairly clean (no major accidents or violations in the last 5 years)
Employment History: 10 years (no major gaps outside school/training)
Safety Record: No terminations for safety violations
Background Check: No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
Drug Test: Pass urine and hair follicle screening
