Revenue Cycle Manager

The Revenue Cycle Manager will lead and manage the medical billing and coding office with a focus on maximizing cash flow. This role involves overseeing all billing operations, including coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and payer regulations is crucial, as is preparing and analyzing financial and accounts receivable reports. You will supervise billing office personnel to ensure efficient billing and collections operations.

Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Extensive knowledge of medical billing and coding
Strong management skills
Understanding of medical billing rules and regulations, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurances
Certified Coder certificate is a plus

Minimum of 8 years in medical insurance and healthcare billing
At least 5-10 direct reports in management experience
Strong understanding of medical billing rules and regulations

Bachelors degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
