Retail Supervisor

Job Description
Duties
Interact and educate retail clerks 
Maintain all displays fresh and ready 
Conduct monthly inventory 
Clean and organize retail areas to keep free from safety hazards 
Effectively manages total store operations, ensuring that store is staffed, cleaned, properly stocked, equipment is operating properly, and "ready for business", in conjunction with Manager or in Manager’s absence.
Orders supplies and merchandise on daily/weekly basis according to store needs and sell-through.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises team members in the location.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training and coaching team members.
Planning, assigning, and directing work.
Assisting in appraising performance; rewarding team members;
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
