Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, executing, and delivering a wide range of transportation planning and design projects. This involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
Team Leadership: Take charge of a team of skilled planning and engineering professionals in Texas, driving them towards achieving business and project goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Communication and Collaboration: Report directly to the Division Manager, keeping them informed about work activities, team operations, and project performance. Collaborate with the Division Manager to identify key hires and facilitate team growth.
Business Development: Spearhead business development strategies across a diverse range of transportation agencies from local to state and regional level. Identify growth opportunities, key clients, and actively pursue new prospects. Take the lead in proposal development, working closely with the Division Manager.
