Telesales Executive

Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join their team based in Birmingham City Centre. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual passionate about sales and customer service.
Duties for the Telesales Executive will include but not be limited to the following:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets individually and as part of a team
* Providing excellent customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
* Updating CRM system with relevant information and sales activity
The ideal candidate for the Telesales Executive role will have the following:
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Outstanding customer service
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience is Telesales would be advantageous but is not essential
Hours for this role are 37.5 with shifts between 8am – 7pm and you will be required to work 5 days out of 7.
