People Manager

Looking for your next role in HR? We're looking for a People Manager to join the HR Team for a logistics company in Stafford.

This is a true generalist role operating in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a confident and engaging leader, able to provide high quality people service to site operational stakeholders in all areas of People / HR including resourcing, employee relations, learning & development, and reward.

If you have…

· Strong generalist People / HR background
· Working knowledge of employment law and experience dealing with volume and complex ER issues
· CIPD Qualification
· Experience of being an HR Manager or similar in a fast-paced environment, ideally used to working on large sites of 300+ staff.

This is a Monday-Friday role. Hours are 08:00-16:00 but some flexibility is required. There is an option to work one day a week from home.

Salary is up to £50,000 and genuine career development opportunities are available for the right candidate.
