We are looking for Mechanical Design Engineers who are interested in the decarbonisation of buildings in the built environment .
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you would be working for an Engineering Consultancy that provides a range of services including Energy & Building Performance Surveying, M&E Design, Project Planning & Management
As a Mechanical Engineer you would be Surveying Commercial Buildings , providing advice to making property portfolios carbon neutral, writing Reports in relation to building /energy performance, performing data & financial modelling, developing Mechanical Services Design & project managing subsequent decarbonisation projects including the installation of Solar PV , LED Lighting & other green tech.
Based out of an office near Euston & on client sites, you will be working with real estate clients, helping them design, project manage retrofits & implement decarbonisation strategies across their property portfolio.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing Mechanical Services Design and will be interested in the decarbonisation in the built environment.
The successful candidate will benefit from a commitment to training ( as required) including Conducting Non-Domestic EPC’s up to Level 5, Conducting ESOS Assessments, the use of Hydraulic software & the preparation of preparing GHG Emission reports.
In addition, they will receive a basic salary ranging from £50k-£75k (DOE) basic, 25 Days holiday, flexible working & Pension
