HR Officer / HR Advisor - Frome - £35k plus excellent benefits
My client, a successful Food Manufacturer based near Frome, is looking to recruit a HR Officer / HR Advisor. The successful HR Officer will be happy to work on their own, self driven and a people person.
HR Officer Key Responsibilities will include:
·Supporting the site in a HR capacity including assisting with recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring
·Carrying out Disciplinary grievances / Appraisals
HR Officer Key skills and experience:
·The successful HR Officer / HR Advisor will have manufacturing HR experience ideally in the food, drink FMCG sector
·CIPD qualification
·Generalist Human Resource experience
HR Officer Salary and Benefits
This role is paying a salary £35k depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

This is a Monday to Friday role. The HR Officer is predominantly based on site although there will be occasions when you will travel to their Head Office.
This role may also suit a candidate that has previously worked as a HR Manager / People Manager / HR generalist / Personnel officer / HR Business partner.
This role is commutable from Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Wincanton, Warminster and surrounding Areas
