My client one of the UKs largest engineering businesses selling bespoke machinery to a variety of industries globally.
The Role
Handling inbound queries from prospective customers, using a hunter mentality to identify sales opportunities
Follow industry trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities and leads
Be able to use the CRM systems
Engage with customers new and existing over the phone to understand their needs and provide the solution to the machine tool sales
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers- customer satisfaction
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of machine tools to potential customers
The Candidate
Previous experience in sales- previous experience within the machine tools or engineering supply’s industry or someone wanting a new opportunity
Ability to work within a team and independently
Organisational skills
Communication and Interpersonal skills
Customer service experience
Customer management system experience
Result- driven with a focus on achieving targets
