Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in Tower Hill, City of London. The project is a large mixed use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 2, 225 units in total - £80m build cost.

The role will be on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The position will report into the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages.

They're seeking applicants who have either worked for a recognised developer or contractor.

In return, our client is offering a day rate between £325 - £375
