Alice Rose is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Our client is a leading M&E maintenance organisation, providing both Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance to prestigious site in Liverpool Street. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical engineer to be time served within building services and work closely with the current Site Manager.

The successful mechanical engineer will be required to carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on all mechanical equipment, deal with sub-contractors, compliance, KPIs and SLA in the absence of the Site Manager.

Mechanical Engineer Duties:

• Proven track record in building maintenance ideally within a commercial environment.

• Commercial PPM Reactive maintenance under contractual SLA

• FCU's, AHU’s

• Pressurisation units

• Must have a strong background in pumps and seal repairs

• BMS Head End Controls

• HVAC plant

• More specifically experience on CHP, Absorption chillers, Vacuum waste / toilets, Sprinkler systems, Generators, Chilled beams would be beneficial.

This role is paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience. There are also opportunities to progress as the company are always expanding. In addition to this you will be receiving training. This role is based on a Monday-Friday on a split shift system. 7-4, 8-5 & 10-7.

Mechanical Engineer Qualifications:

* Apprentice Trained

* Mechanical Qualifications - City Guilds or NVQ Level or Equivalent – Level 3

* Building Services knowledge Experience

* Solid site experience on a commercial site
