Are you an experienced Demand Planner seeking an exciting new opportunity in a fast-growing sustainable organisation?!
Role responsibilities include;
* Report as part of the monthly S&OP process on forecast accuracy and implementing changes to improve forecast accuracy over time
* Facilitate the monthly retail S&OP process and ensuring forecasting system accurately reflects the latest demand plan
* Work collaboratively with the retail team to review and improve each retailer forecast model.
* Undertake analysis to continuously improve forecast tools and processes
* Review historical data including sales and order actuals to inform future forecasts
* Build strong relationships with Supply Chain and nurture working relationships and improve forecast accuracy
* Support the team with new product forecasting, new retailer launches and analysis of the impact of promotions
* Scenario planning to review risks/opportunities in the retail demand plan
Key skills required;
* Demand Planning & Forecasting experience
* Strong analytical & Advanced Excel skills
* FMCG industry experience
* Understanding of S&OP process
* Great attention to detail
* Self-starter with the ability to embrace change!
This is a hybrid role in London with a requirement of 3 days per week in the office
