Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Picker & Packer to join their client based in Luton. This is a full-time role that will lead to permanent employment after 12 weeks temp work.
The working hours are: Monday to Friday 09:00am to 18:00
Pay rate: £12.00 per hour + Holiday Pay
This role involves:
picking orders at a fast pace
packing
some of the items are high up so you will need to be okay to go up a step ladder to pick orders
using MHE such as wheeled trolleys, pallet stacker & scissor lift (pallet stacker and scissor lift training will be provided)
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
worked in a fast paced warehouse previously
happy to work to work in a KPI driven environment
looking for a full-time permanent role
local to Luton or able to commute
a good level of English speaking, reading and writing
available for an immediate start
physically fit
reliable and a hard worker
