In-House Legal Counsel

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced In-House Legal Counsel to join our business.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive In-House Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and aiding in acquisitions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders across the company and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and licensing agreements.

* Provide legal advice and support on regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

* Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with best practices.

* Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues impacting the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects, providing proactive legal guidance and solutions.

* Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel as needed.

Qualifications:

* Degree in Law, ideally with LLP.

* Ideally come with experience in an in-house capacity, however this is not essential.

* Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance principles.

* Experience in mergers and acquisitions.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

* Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
