Auditor

Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Auditor for an established accountants practice in Altrincham. Full time, permanent position.

Company ethos is delivering quality services, whilst building long-lasting relationships with their clients. They provide a range of accountancy, audit, bookkeeping, payroll and taxation services.

The role is in person, largely office based with some work on clients’ premises required.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour lunch break

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 (D.O.E) Inclusive of Study Package

The role:

* Performing external audits from planning through to completion for small and medium sized companies as well as incorporated and unincorporated charities.

* Ensuring compliance with auditing and professional standards, keeping up to date with evolving laws and regulations.

· Preparation of financial statements, including consolidated financial statements for limited companies, incorporated and unincorporated charities, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders.

· Acting as a point of contact for clients, to advise and assist them with their queries or concerns, provide guidance and support.

· The role may also involve training/mentoring other members of staff.

· Working closely with the partner to ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant professional and compliance standards and regulations.

Requirements:

· Experience in performing external audits. Limited companies and charities preferred

· A high level of attention to detail.

· Strong communication abilities and ability to work closely with clients and other stakeholders.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
