The Company
A well-established recruitment specialist in the Industrial, Manufacturing and Engineering sectors, boasting 40 years of industry expertise. With a commitment to providing unique work dynamics they are actively seeking an experienced 360 Industrial or Engineering Recruiter (happy to look at a senior recruiter too) to continue their growth.
The Role
As a 360 Engineering or Industrial Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the companies recruitment solutions within either the Industrial or Manufacturing and Engineering division.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selling into and account managing customers, focusing on blue-collar temporary recruitment solutions
* Leveraging a strong network of clients within the Manchester area (and beyond) to ensure consistent delivery and meet expectations
* Generating new business through effective sales strategies
* Collaborating as a strong team member to maximise recruitment staffing solutions in the sector

* Working hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, with an early finish every Friday
