A large healthcare group is currently recruiting a Regional Recruitment Business Partner join their team, working in their Manchester service 2 days a week, the rest remotely.
Details of this Regional Recruitment Business Partner position and what the service is offering:
A permanent contract working full time hours
A fantastic annual salary from £38,000 to £43,00 depending on experience
22 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 year's service)
Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay
Occupational sick pay and death in service payment

Applicants for this Regional Recruitment Business Partner position should meet the following criteria:
Commitment to working at the base location for 2-3 days per week is required
Good budget, business management and commercial skills
Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential
Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment cycle and the ability to identify performance improvement opportunities
Essential skills include interpreting and utilising data, tailoring presentations for diverse audiences, and reporting recruitment performance against KPIs
