About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our HR Division, you will operate as a true 360 consultant. You will have a focus on sales and business development whilst also servicing a range of clients, building long-term relationships, and providing them with exceptional HR talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and build relationships with new clients; understand their hiring requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
* Interview, screen and register candidates in line with company standards.
* Attend new BD meetings, via video call and face to face, to build relationships and generate new clientele.
* Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the HR industry, market trends and the competitive landscape to identify and attract top talent.
* Build and maintain a strong client and candidate pipeline through various channels including attending HR networking events.
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 1 year doing BD
* Self-motivated individual
* Excellent customer service
* Proven track record of managing SLA's/ KPI's
* Confidence to relay all information back to the delivery consultants
* Ambition to be at the forefront of the account for the client
