A great opportunity for an experienced Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join a well-established construction consultancy. The successful candidate will work across a wide range of projects including commercial, education, and health sectors.

Requirements:

BSc/BEng in Sustainability/Energy//Building Services Disciplines or Similar
Relevant experience within the sector
Qualifications, including but not limited to; BREEAM, Retrofit, Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, Low Carbon Consultant (Desirable)
Completed energy assessments
Brilliant communication skills and time management
Experience liaising with clients and contractors
Knowledge of current funding streams and how they work
Project management of schemes ideally domestic and commercial
Experience of decarbonisation of existing heating systems and building fabric upgrade for Retrofit projects
Chartered status or working towards becoming a member of a professional body (Desirable)Duties:

Prepare Energy and Sustainability Statements and Strategies
Support with BREEAM and decarbonisation projects
Complete energy assessments (EPC, DEC, ESOS)
Assist colleagues and help them develop
Manage projects and complete contract administrationBenefits:
